Ability to use Russian payment cards Mir everywhere in Belarus by late 2020

The official said: “The relevant roadmap is available. We are very fruitfully working in this direction. A pilot project will be launched early next year. Very good prospects.” After the pilot project is launched, it should become possible to use Mir cards everywhere in Belarus by the end of 2020.
