Belarus, Kazakhstan negotiating oil delivery by rail, by pipeline

Imports from Kazakhstan can be delivered via the common system of long-range oil pipelines or by rail. “We've had various raw materials for secondary processes delivered by rail in the past. In certain periods in the early 2000s Kazakh oil was delivered by pipeline,” the Belneftekhim deputy head said.
Belarus, Japan to cooperate in sportswear production

“The main technical measures to remove tainted oil from Belarus have been completed. Some of the damage has already been compensated. Questions still remain with regards to lost earnings from oil transit, under-utilization of refineries and damage to equipment,” Vladimir Sizov said.

Mikhail Mikhadyuk said: “There will be a total of 31 roadmaps, including one to guide cooperation in the area of nuclear energy. The Belarusian side and the Russian side have set up the relevant working groups to prepare and submit reconciled roadmaps to their governments.”

Belarus, Russia to launch pilot project on veterinary e-certificates in October
