The source said: “Work continues on signing contracts on delivering hydrocarbon resources from the Russian Federation to Belarus at a price without a premium for suppliers. Papers are being drawn up with a Russian company to pump the first batch of oil that will be acquired without paying a premium.”
Belarus' GDP forecast to expand by 0.7% in Q1 2020

The document approves the government's key performance indicators. Thus, the GDP is forecast to edge up by 0.7% in the first quarter of the year (by 1.6% in the first half of 2020, and 2.2% in January-September, and by 2.8% over the year). Export of goods and services is expected to go up by 0.5% in the first quarter of 2020 (by 3.6% over the year).

The official said: “The available reserves of fuel and the operating mode of our oil refineries allow fully satisfying the domestic demand for all kinds of motor fuel and other oil products. This is why we don't see reasons to worry about possible shortages on the home market.”
Russian gas price for Belarus to remain at $127 in January-February

As a result of the meeting the sides signed a protocol between the Belarusian government and PAO Gazprom. The protocol stipulates that in January and February 2020 Belarus will get natural gas at prices on par with last year's level ($127 per 1,000m3).
