The matter of opening a Chinese technologies department in the BNTU in association with the Northeastern University is in the discussion phase, the education minister said. “Setting up a branch of this Chinese university in Belarus also looks promising,” he remarked.

“Petrozavodsk Mayor Irina Miroshnik has decided to name one of the streets in a new residential neighborhood after Brest and has already issued the appropriate resolution. We have gifted representatives of Brest a certificate confirming this event,” Petrozavodsk Deputy Mayor Yelena Loginova said.

BSU Confucius Institute in Belarus awarded Model Confucius Institute status

The BSU Confucius Institute is the only institution in the post-Soviet space that has been awarded the title. This decision was made by the headquarters of the Confucius Institutes, recognizing the outstanding results in the organization of the educational process to teach Chinese and promote Chinese culture.

CIS to design system to help migrants find work in another state

Educational project for Chinese students, teachers kicks off in Belarus

All in all, 16 students and teachers from the centers for Belarusian studies in China are taking part in the project. The program of the project includes the workshop Basics of the Belarusian Language, the Minsk Half Marathon, visits to Belarus' major museums, and a lot of other activities.
