Dakar 2020: Belarusian crew lands in second at Stage 9

The hooded MAZ truck piloted by Siarhei Viazovich lost 3:19 to the stage winner Andrei Karginov from the Russian Kamaz-Master who cleared 410km in 3:33.42. Kamaz-Master's Eduard Nikolayev was third lagging 9:24 behind the winning time.

Minsk hosts FIBA Europe instructional camp for girls

Renowned Serbian basketball expert Zlatan Presic is the head coach at the ongoing large-scale event. The camp for 12-13-year-old girls is running at the National State School of Olympic Reserve. The young players' coaches from all over the country have also come to Minsk to take part in the camp.

Dakar 2020: Belarusian crew comes sixth at Stage 8

The Belarusian MAZ lost 18:38 to the stage winner Andrei Karginov from the Russian Kamaz-Master who topped Stage 8 with the result of 4:24.58. Kamaz-Master's Anton Shibalov came in second, 5:54 behind. Ales Loprais of the Czech Praga Team was third lagging 9:06 behind the winning time.

First medal for Belarus at Winter Youth Olympic Games in Switzerland

Belarusian Yulia Kovalevskaya won the first award for Team Belarus at the 3rd Winter Youth Olympic Games in Switzerland as she came in third in the 10km Individual. The Belarusian cleared the distance in 33:39, allowing three misses on four shooting ranges.
