MINSK, 3 December (BelTA) – BC Tsmoki Minsk outplayed Estonia's Kalev 84-79 on the road at the VTB United League, BelTA has learned.

The Belarusian team secured its first win in the season following seven consecutive defeats. The guests lost the first quarter with a difference of 4 points, but quickly recovered in the second and went on a long break with a 9-point lead. The hosts took the initiative in the third quarter and got to one-shot distance. The game was decided on the last minute.

Tsmoki Minsk will next play Zielona Gora on 15 December.

On 11 December, the Dragons will open the FIBA Europe Cup second group phase against Ironi Ness Ziona.

On 4 December, women's Tsmoki Minsk will play MBK Ruzomberok at the EuroCup Women. The team group standings are as follows: WBC Enisey (Krasnoyarsk, Russia) – 9 points, Hatay BB (Turkey) – 9, Tsmoki Minsk – 7, MBK Ruzomberok – 5. Two best teams will advance to the playoff.
